However, there isn't a "secondary" stem on your shadow spirit. It uses the same tank, just opens up a secondary portion of the tank by using a lower valve directly on the petcock. Your tank will hold 3.6.

(for me anyway) I would guess that you could pretty safely run 30 miles after hitting reserve in whichever season. I hit reserve around 125-135 in the winter and 150-160 in the summer.
