If you use Content Manager, go to settings. Then under "Assetto Corsa", go to "Controls", then "Axis". Under 'Steering', change degrees from 900 to 540. If you don't know/use CM, it's a launcher for Assetto Corsa that has a much better UI than the base game. It is free and easy to use, and is nigh essential for AC on PC.
