If you upgrade it and go dual katanas with any other katana the moonveil is good lots of damage and bleed build also the weapon art is pretty good. Moonveil is really fast to use and does great damage. The nerf hasn’t changed that in the slightest. I think most weapons are better than the DMGS. Dark moon is pure unusable vs a lot of bosses and it's not just because of the cast time for the special.
