Reset check engine light but it still came back on and was in limp mode. Won't shift past 2nd gear. The water/mud was pretty deep. Almost up to the hood. I went straight in, down and realized how deep it was threw it in reverse and backed most the way out. I checked the trans fluid and it doesn't seem to be contaminated at all.

Limp mode started a little over a year ago when the clockspring light came on then caused traction control light. At that time it threw p0390 and p0349 which are cam codes p0335 crank code and an 02 sensor code. We changed all of those and it didnt help.

Both times I had either slowed down to make a turn or stopped completely. 2012 JKUR. No suspension mods. 4.10 gears. This morning, she claimed the same thing was happening, no accelerate beyond 60 MPH. All of the gauges read normal and there is no check engine light coming on. It almost sounds like the ECU is triggering limp mode on the Jeep, but I would expect that to be accompanied by a check engine or other warning.
