It is a 2005 rubicon unlimited 4.0L. 165,000 miles. I can feel a slight studded when it is in idle. (Sometimes it's more than slight but that is rare.) It throws the 0300, 0304, 0306 pcodes. 0306 was the original cod thrown. Over time it began throwing the 0300 and 0304. 0306 comes back first before 0304 after a reset.

#1. My jeep is throwing this code again. It stumbled last night driving home and then the CEL came on, the only code is P0300 currently. '06, 125k miles, 4.0, ā¦It could be a multitude of problems. - cam sensors marked with a "D" were bad from factory. - Oil Galley bolts loose, behind the cam phasers on the front of the valve cover. - will cause worn valve guides on the front, listen for an engine tick at idle. - and even the head warping and causing even more trouble.

P0315 - Crankshaft Position Sensor not learned. P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit. I clear the codes and start it back up to see if it's a fluke issue. Mine was a cylinder #1 misfire, but this would work with any single cylinder misfire. Random misfires (P0300) would be troubleshot differently. I hope this helps others.
