608 posts · Joined 2022. #1 · Feb 10, 2022. Was curious to get some ones take on the Rough Country 2.5” Lift (SKU 8673). The kit that utilizes the shocks and struts and not just the front spacer. I ran their 3.5” kit (replaced shocks and struts) on my 21’ Rebel I had and I loved it, slightly different setup for that vehicle.

I would replace the springs and shocks as a pair. A set of Mopar 2" springs can be had for under $200. That would be about the same amount of lift. That and a set of Rancho 5000 series shocks would likely ride much better. This evening we opened the box and took pics after considering to sell based on reviews on this forum. The springs look like they are decent quality, looks can always be deceiving though.
