I have a good friend who struggles with test-taking that had scores more similar to yours for the PACKRAT and EORs, and she just recently passed her PANCE!Sooo with my cohort, everyone's EOR scores are below the national average. I would also take the Rosh EOR Booster exam about 3 days before the exam to help prep and redo some missed questions in that time as well. Also don’t stress too much about making superb scores on the EOR, all that matters is passing.

A majority of my classmates were the same in that they didn't do so great on Rosh exams but did well on the EOR. So I'd say getting 60s-70s on Rosh puts you in a pretty good place. 5.
PAEA EOR: 382 (so disappointed by this score, honestly thought I did better) Rotation 2: General Surgery (but my rotation was ortho surgery, so I was super worried) Rosh Bank: 60% correct. Rosh Boost: 74%. PAEA EOR: 411. Rotation 3: Family Medicine (but I was rotating in Urgent Care) Rosh Bank: 68% correct. Rosh Boost: 72%.
The worst EOR score I’ve had was ER and all the questions I missed were ortho, I knew going in I was terrible at ortho. But all in all I was prepared for the exam. I did at least 100 from every section and 200-300 in the more heavy sections. My expected score on the pance was 483 with a 88% chance of passing.
