I would like to accept the position that pays more since becoming an rxom (if the pay is 18.75-starting pay) I would lose out on money since I won't get the 8 hrs of overtime per paycheck. I already know the new store I'm going to has reservations about an asm becoming the rxom especially because I was only a dh for a year.I stepped down from being RXOM last year. My DM tried to decrease my pay back to what I was making pre-RXOM (which was only 16.50) and wasn't considering the cap or that I was going to be a senior tech.
