Tmobile cellspot not working.
I switched to T-Mobile a few months ago and service has been great. I recently switched jobs and am working in relatively rural MD. The town itself has 5G and pretty great service. However, I work in an old building and the reception is terrible. Can’t even send texts or make calls. Wifi unfortunately isn’t an option either.

UPDATE: Called T-Mobile 11/8, support rep confirmed CellSpot was not on my account. Got another call later on that day another T-Mobile rep calling to say it wasn't provisioned correctly and to take it back to the store. I took it to the store last night, the rep there said they've been having lots of issues.

The light that won't come on, and doesn't flash at all during boot is the 3G/4G light. assuming everything else is green but the 3g/4g, they probably disabled it from their end, probably some account changes/primary account holder etc. You would think Support would pick up on that ...
