And any of the 2D fighing games are fun really. X-Men Legends 2 is the X-Men game by which all other X-Men games are judged, in my opinion. It still ranks as one of my favorite games of all time. The Arcade Game, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, and Mutant Apocalypse on the SNES are my top three.

Xmen, X2 United, X3 Last … 2004 New X-Men isn't a sequel to the Morrison run. It just mixes that group of students with the New(-er) Mutants (the one with Surge, Prodigy, etc.), it's not "essential" but it's pretty similar in spirit to the (not so) New Mutants (the one with Dani Moonstar, Warlock, etc.) and Generation X (the Lobdell one) so it's worth reading, I think.
