Funny thing is when I changed back to my stock air intake, I don't get the service electrical system message. I then switched back to the hurricane air intake and got the message.

If you screw up something with the wheel speed sensors you cause all 3 functions of the ABS system to fail. So if you don't see 3 service messages the problem isn't caused by a wheel speed sensor.
