However, I ran across a couple links and posts saying that if you have a cash account on ToS and less than $25,000 you can still day trade more than 3 times in a five day rolling period. You can do unlimited day trades as long as the cash is settled. TDA does do a cash/margin hybrid for some accounts. Make sure you know which rules apply to you. Just specify which one.
