I’m not suggesting that nor was that the way I fixed mine. I just flipped back and forth between using operators and also changing the skins on the operator. It has to do with the way the perks are randomly assigned. Kind of like a slot machine. Some have a higher percentage chance to show up lower and some perks higher on the perk exfil streak.

I was under the impression that 10 (the number of perk slots) would also be the number of perks available in DMZ out of the 20 perks that multiplayer has. Clearly that's not the case then.
