Put a Tuff Country leveling kit on the truck which included upper a-arms, torsion keys, front differential drop spacers, shock drop brackets, limit straps, etc. for the front end. I only lifted the front 2.75 inches leaving it about 0.5 inches lower than the back (slight rake).Try to prime the truck using the fuel filter pump. Crack the bleeder screw and pump it until fuel starts to come out and there is no more air. Once its pure fuel, stop priming the pump and tighten the screw. Push on the primer. Decided to start a new thread on this problem....2011 fleece k-pump cp3 conversion, fass lift pump, new injectors and motorops heavy tow tuning. On the first test drive when u stump it, it falls flat on its face just acts like it is defueling or something.If the truck can do 20 mpg empty, it burns 1.5 gal just covering the 30 miles, plus the extra 1 gallon going to the 9th injector. You end up using 2.5 gal /30 miles or about 12 mpg. These 2024's seem to be using closer to 2 gal/30 miles, plus the extra for regen makes 3 gal/30miles or 10mpg during regen.

Once I hit 2000, regardless of the gear, it bogs down, loosing acceleration. then it will not run over 2000 rpm in high gear, which is about 65 mph. Another thing to check is the FICM harness at the side of the alternator, it is tied down with a zip tie. The sharp corner of the FICM bracket cuts into the wires and causes a short. You should fill out your Signature with the year and any mods on the truck. Click the User CP at the top left side and then the signature.LML Doesn't want to downshift on acceleration. It seems like it takes forever to kick in.Both types need a flow of oil all the time. If they do not have a flow of oil all the time, the friction increases and eventually there is bearing damage and this can lead to other damage in the engine.The loss of oil being pumped thru the engine can be varied; pump fails, passageway for the oil becomes blocked, etc.

The Duramax is famous for rubbed through wire issues.. Pump up your fuel primer on the fuel filter head and let it sit (preferably overnight ). Recheck it in the morning and if the primer button is soft, start by rebuilding your fuel filter head or replacing it. Shudder under acceleration over 45mph. I’m getting a shudder/stutter when accelerating above 45mph. When I give it throttle above 45mph and it down shifts and puts the RPMs at 2,000, the shudder/stutter starts until 2,500 RPMs and then goes away.
