Fleamasters has tons of parking; Ortiz does not and can get pretty crazy during the peak hours (near lunch). Fleamasters opens at 9 am; Ortiz opens much earlier (which we like because we're early risers)--I think they open at 7 or 8 am. The best bargains at Fleamasters are those dollar store types of places.
