Phasewalk fully heals her and forces all the enemies to forget she exists. Lillith can even easily solo Crawmerax, as getting to that last weak point isn't a problem. Hell, even just the fact that Phasewalk lets her move so much faster than everyone else is a huge plus. Mordecai is a distant second.
