Jungle Mordekaiser is stupid strong and playable into Master and Grandmaster given enough practice and skill. He has stupid good clear speed especially in season 13, his tanks pre-6 leave a lot to desired but are doable. When you hit level 6 you enjoy unescapable ganks with very little counter play.
