I personally can never decide what accessories to build for tank, but all three of those items (Frozen Turtle Shell, Flesh Knuckle, Paladin's Shield) are really good and really hard to choose from. The Meat Shield would be a great accessory to have. Plus, Worm Scarf now, which makes it even harder to choose.
