After over a decade of no issues, both our Tivos started showing V58 errors when tuning non-local channels. I called Comcast's CC support number and the rep who took the call tried a few times to re-pair the CCs with no luck. She transferred me to level 2 which did the same thing but also had no success.Rumor is their "Cablecard System" is not working and it needs to be fixed... I'm sure like all the other BS lines.
